REFUND POLICY

To the websites that Lizalstudios manage with monthly membership subscriptions, there won´t be refund at least that: 1).- A server error occurs and the password of the membership could not be recovered by Lizalstudios. 2).- The customer can proof that his/her credit card was stolen and used in the Lizalstudios websites subscription or buy-now form.

In the websites where Lizalstudios offers tangible goods, a refund can be requested if: 1).- The items have not been mailed yet. 2).- The items arrived in bad conditions or unusable, in this case the customer can request a replacement of the item without shipping cost (sending back the items) or can request a refund, this will be made once the customer sent back the items to Lizalstudios and there will be a fee for the shipping cost.
